Sketchup 3D home model cleanup

I have Sketchup 3D model made by an Architect assistant for my 4 bed room home project. The model is not made using groups with outliner and tags. Also many places the surfaces are created in an irregular way. I want these corrected. Some parts may be easier to remodel than trying to rectify the irregular surfaces. Sketchup modelers who can take up this task please message me.
