Sketchup Project - Quick 3D View of Peacock Place

Peacock Legacy of Hope has a 7acre property in Texas. We have 2 duplexes + house + some other feature on the property now. I would like to "mock up" 11 additional duplexes on the property + roads + playground. Would like it useful for a quick "aerial" image of the property + able to move through the property virtually + be able to look into each floorplan with the roof removed. I don't know how to get the "Google Earth" 3D image of the property, but I would like to integrate the current aerial as the base layer, then have the current trees in 3D as part of the presentation, then be able to add trees + landscaping features in the future.
