Sketchup Modelling for Architectural Project
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
I'm seeking a skilled freelancer to create a Sketchup 3D scale model of a 2-storey detached house for an architectural project. The model will be based on 2D CAD survey drawings and photos of the house and the site that I will provide.
Key Requirements:
- Model will include only main interior features.
- Exterior details to be included: Facade features, Landscaping elements, Roof details, basic forms of the neighbouring houses on either side, The full site to the correct ground levels, Shed buildings to the rear of the site, Boundary wall and site entrance gate, also the footpath and road immediately to the front.
- Surrounding context to be of moderate accuracy with approximate dimensions. See attached examples for level of detail/quality required.
- We would require the house, the shed buildings, and the site itself to be grouped separately from each other and for tabs/layers to be simplified as much as possible.
Please include in your proposal:
- A quote for the work.
- An estimate of how long the work would take.
The work needs to commence as soon as possible upon selection. Please note, we do not require any rendered visualisations, only the model for our design use. Ideal candidates should have extensive experience with Sketchup and a keen eye for detail.
