Sketchup Modelling of Building

I'm looking for a Sketchup model of a building based on provided 2D plans and photographs.

Requirements:
- Model to include: exterior, Core of building, exterior walls and interior ceiling.
- Exterior and interior only, no furniture or fixtures needed.
- no interior walls
- Work from provided PDF 2D drawings, floor plans, RCP, elevations and photographs
-no materials required (except windows)
-more pics and more drawings available.
-use of groups and components for future editing and materials

Ideal Skills:
- Proficient in Sketchup.
- Experience with architectural modelling.
- Able to work from 2D PDF plans.mp
