3D Sketchup Model

My goal is to create a 3D model using Sketchup for a modern architectural project. The model requires basic detail, including walls, doors, and windows, to give an accurate representation of the building's structure. It should be able to show the different areas, along with their dimensions and size, clearly. A potential bidder should provide examples of prior similar projects they have completed, along with an estimate of time and cost.
