SketchUp 3D Model from CAD -- 2

I need a basic architectural 3D model created in SketchUp from an existing CAD file. The model should include:

- Structural elements: walls, beams, columns
- Openings: doors, windows, no windows or doors., just the opening
I have the elevations and the plans in Cad they should be cross corellated to match up,
interior details are not needed at this stage just external
all items must be in groups,
roof not needed,
4 bedroom house on 800 square m of land

- Site features: landscape, terrain

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proficient in SketchUp
- Experience with CAD to SketchUp conversions
- Strong understanding of architectural modeling
