We are seeking a talented SketchUp designer who can help us bring our ideas to life by creating a 3D model of our house and providing a comprehensive interior design. We have all the measurements, layout plans, and design ideas, but we need someone skilled in SketchUp to translate these into a professional 3D model and assist with refining the interior design.
Project Details:
House Dimensions & Layout: We will provide detailed measurements, floor plans, and reference images.
Design Style: We have specific ideas regarding the design style and preferences and can provide inspiration photos.
Scope of Work:
Create a detailed SketchUp model of the house based on our provided measurements.
Incorporate our interior design ideas into the model, including furniture, lighting, and decor.
Refine the interior design according to our feedback, helping with furniture placement, color schemes, and final touches.
Deliverables:
A complete SketchUp file of the house model.
High-quality rendered images of key interior spaces (living room, kitchen, bedroom, etc.).
Optional: A walkthrough animation of the interior spaces (if you have the capability).
Skills Required:
Proficiency in SketchUp for 3D modeling and design.
Experience in interior design and space planning.
Ability to visualize and refine design ideas according to client preferences.
Experience with rendering and creating realistic visual outputs is a plus.
Timeline:
We are looking to complete this project within 10 days.
