SketchUp Design Adjustment for Laser Cutting

I have a SketchUp design of a circular feature with integrated lettering that needs adjustments to prepare it for laser cutting. Specific requirements include integrating the lettering into the wheel while ensuring it is all one solid piece. Adjustments needed:
1. Ensure the 'EMBERSTRUCK' lettering is joined solidly into the shape.
2. Extend the back leg of the 'K' down to connect with the semicircle.
3. Maintain appropriate spacing, considering a minimum gap of 1mm suitable for laser cutting in 6mm steel.
4. Include a central hole cut-out as part of the design.
