Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
The raw scan data files will be shared. Based on this information, we need the complete model to be generated. Everything must be modelled – the main frame, the structure to which the wheels are attached, the components and all interfaces – within a single parametric assembly.
Once the geometry is ready, the standard product engineering steps must be followed: defining tolerances, specifying standard fasteners, wall thicknesses and ribs. The model must be prepared for machining or according to the relevant manufacturing technology.
Deliverables: Native CAD files and neutral formats (STEP/IGES) of the complete assembly and all exploded views.
2D manufacturing drawings with tolerances and an exploded view.
Bill of materials for each part number. List of standard components making up the assembly.
