2d and 3d Site plan
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am looking for a drawing based off of the files I attach. This will be based off of a 1.5 acre lot 200 feet (side facing roadway entrance) x 326 feet (length)
It will have a few buildings on it. The first being a 3 story container restaurant/coffee shop/bar (see pic attached) the containers should be doubled next to each other and are 9ft x 9ft x 40ft, the second will be a large pole barn to house pickle ball courts. The dimensions of that building will be 65ft x 16ft x 120ft. Those buildings are in white on the drawing
The pickle ball courts which are in green on the drawing attached are 20ft x 44ft.
The gray part on the drawing is parking lots and roads to the drive through and the secondary parking lot. These roads should be 16ft wide for 2 way traffic, and the driveway under the restaurant should only be 8ft for 1 way traffic. The larger parking lot needs to be about 120ft x 70ft and the smaller about 60ft x 40ft
Please feel free to add some landscaping around it. I would like a nice outdoor event space between the large parking lot and the restaurant.
