Site Grading & Drainage Plan
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need a civil designer to prepare three coordinated documents for a small hillside construction project:
• A grading plan that clearly illustrates existing and proposed contours, spot elevations, and flow arrows so anyone looking at the sheet can see exactly how runoff will continue moving from the uphill side, across the parking lot, and into the existing storm drain once the new building is up. My preference is to keep today’s natural pattern unchanged, but if your calculations or experience point to a smarter solution, let’s discuss it before you draft.
• A two-phase (or more, if you feel it’s warranted) erosion-control plan that shows how we will handle sediment and stormwater during earthwork, then how we will transition to final stabilization before the certificate of occupancy. Include BMPs such as silt fence, inlet protection, construction entrance, and any temporary basins you believe necessary.
• A utility/staging plan that lays out the temporary fence line, equipment and material lay-down areas, and a designated concrete wash-out location.
Please deliver PDF plan sheets ready for municipal submittal along with the editable CAD (Civil 3D or compatible DWG). I will provide the GIS base, survey, and architectural footprint as soon as we kick off.
