Site Equipment CAD Layout Package
Budget: $10,000 – $20,000 USD
I have survey photos and hand-taken measurements for several small sites and need them translated into a clear, easy-to-share PDF CAD package under 7mb, I also need a .dwg file copy. For each location I must compare the existing layout with three alternative equipment packages from different manufacturers, and I already know where every major component has to sit.
Please see attached site list "WF CADS 9.19.25" with details on sites that are available for hire at a fixed price each.
Scope
• Trace the supplied photos and dimensions into a clean CAD floor plan with basic, accurate dimensions.
• Add a matching elevation view that highlights critical heights or clearances.
• Produce a light, schematic-style rendering (nothing photorealistic) so non-technical stakeholders can visualize the differences.
• Repeat the above for four scenarios per site: current state, Option 1, Option 2 and Option 3.
What I will supply
• Survey photos (JPEG/PNG)
• Field measurements
.rfa models of the New ATMs that are to be used
•Equipment schedule that pins down exact requirements for new ATM and Signage
Preferred tools are AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or any platform that lets you deliver a polished PDF plus the .dwg file. Naming conventions and layer structure should be tidy so I can edit them later.
Deliverables
1. One combined PDF under 7mb per site containing the plan, elevation and rendering for all four scenarios 13 pages total
2. .DWG files
3. Per established bank protocols, we will review and provide notes
Turn the first site around quickly so I can confirm the style before you proceed with the rest.
