Site & 750-sq-ft ADU Plan
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I have an approved design package for the 2351 Caroline main house and garage; now I need a consolidated site plan that adds a new 750 sq. ft. ADU. You will start with my existing PDFs/CAD of the house, place the structures inside all recorded building lines and setbacks, and make sure a single driveway layout serves both the garage and the ADU logically. I’ll forward the specific zoning notes and setback tables as soon as we begin, along with the ADU floor plan.
The finished drawing must be delivered in CAD—layered, properly scaled, and clean enough for a civil engineer to pick up for grading and drainage work. A review-ready PDF exported from the same file will also help me circulate the plan internally.
Key points to cover:
• Respect all provided setbacks and easements.
• Orient the ADU so vehicles can reach it without awkward maneuvers.
• Show clear pedestrian flow between all three buildings.
• Keep orientations practical for natural light and privacy.
