Although I have hands-on experience as a construction worker, I now want a professional touch for the full set of architectural and structural documents, a clear bill of quantities, and a realistic project timeline. Compliance with local building codes is crucial, and I’d like the design to stay practical, easy to maintain, and responsive to the local climate.
