Single-Family Container House Design

I'm looking for a Morocco-based architect for an initial paid consultation to delve into the specifics of building a residential container home in Morocco. For context, in the United States, constructing a container home follows the same process and requires the same architectural drawings as a traditional house. I'm interested in finding out if this holds true in Morocco as well, especially since I plan to build a project consisting of six houses in Marrakech. I'm seeking an expert who can provide insights into whether the same principles apply, along with any local regulations and design requirements unique to Morocco
