Simplify this model sustaining the shapes

I am looking for someone to simplify a model that I currently have that is quite complex. I need the complexity to be reduced while still retaining the shape of the model. The preferred format for the simplified model should be in STL, and the level of detail should be medium. I'm looking for someone with experience in creating simplified models that can retain their shape while still being able to streamline and reduce the complexity. The end product should still be representational of the original model. I also want to delete the side mirrors, wing, cannards, and wheels so that the fenders are flush with the ground (I'll upload a photo how it should look like)
