Simplified Architectural 3D Modeling in Vectorworks

Hello, I am after a template for our company to use for our plan sets. We need a basic set of plans to submit to Council. We are currently not using sheets, just the deisgn layers and setting it up as sheets in the design layers. We would like someone to set everything up and show us how to use from there.
