Simple custom 3D model and animations

I am looking for someone to make a 3d model of the creature attached for a unity game. Mainly interested in getting the 3d model made but also interested in what the price of rigging would be and how much custom animations would cost.

I am looking for separate quotes of the following:

1. A 3D model given image in attached file
2. Rigging of the 3D model
3. Cost for the following animations:
-- Waddle walk cycle
-- Waddle run cycle
-- tripping/getting back up
-- swimming
-- jumping
-- idle stand
-- idle sitting
