Simple STL Model Creation

I need a very simple 3D model - see attached video and measurements. It's a plastic part for a personal project.
Needs to be compatible with fusion 360, file in STL

Requirements:
- Basic shapes only
- Accurate simple measurements

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software
- Experience creating STL files
- Attention to detail for basic shape accuracy
