Ship 3d design

My project is to create a 3D design for a ship that will be used as a prototype. Specifically, I want the ship to feature functional elements, so that specific products could be tested with the design. In terms of the style of the 3D design, I would like it to be traditional, to fit in with other designs I'm already working on. Whether it's making sure the engineering works, that measurements are correct or that the design is visually appealing, I'm looking to hire someone with expertise in 3D modelling and design who can make sure the project meets all of those goals.
