L-Shape Modern Beach House Design
Budget: $300 – $400 USD
I am writing to provide the initial brief for our new beach house. We are excited to work with you to develop these ideas into a design. The key details and requirements are as follows:
1. Site Information:
• Land Size: 22 meters x 60 meters. the land have sea view from one side
2. Architectural Style & Layout:
• The house should be built in an L-shape. modern style elevation and all the house plan modern style
• One wing of the "L" will be directly adjacent to the neighbor's property, with minimal to no setback on that side.
3. Ground Floor Requirements:
• Entrance & Staircase: A grand, double-height entrance foyer, with the main staircase located within this space.
• Living Area: A double-height living room, connected visually to the entrance. with open space no doors except the kitchen
• Kitchen & Dining: A closed kitchen (separate room) that opens out into a spacious and open-plan dining area.
• Swimming Pool: The pool is to be located in the tight area between our house and the neighbor's property, forming part of the L-shaped layout.
4. First Floor Requirements:
• Master Suite: A master bedroom with a private terrace that offers a sea view.
• Upper Living Area: A small living room or sitting area upstairs that has direct access to the same master bedroom terrace.
• Additional Bedrooms: Two additional bedrooms on this floor.
