I'm seeking an expert to conceive a revolutionary Shaft able to mix in a specific layering path an volume of 1,357 m3 (cilindrical container is 120 cm wide with 120 cm hight) consisting of aprox 80 different chopped materials (different densities and volumes) grass clippings, plant stalks, branches, twigs, coffee grounds, paper, filters, bags, tea, cardboard, kitchen leftovers, bio waste. Pile`s weight is aprox. 125 - 130 kgs (+20 liters of water).

Please generate at least 15 particle different iregular shapes (don`u use round balls). Replicate their geometries as close as possible. Materials densities range between 0.42 and 1,63 grams/cm3.

Shaft will have to mix wet materials (and break potential formed chunks) at 30 rpm speed rate. Spherical Center of the Container (SCC) has a radius 30 - 33 centimeters. Container can be slighty modified based on final shaft form but mainly it has an cilindrical form. SCC can be filled ith red coloured random particles, the upper half volume of the empty space left inside the cylinder in green and the other lower half volume in yellow.

Simulation will be considered fully completed when and if your Shaft Concept will FULLY relocate red particles towards bottom of the pile, upper materials (green) into the middlle and lower materials (yellow) on top of the pile.
