We are looking for an exceptionally talented Interior Designer / Design Studio to create a world-class luxury interior design for an ultra-premium penthouse apartment in India.

The project consists of approximately 8,000–10,000 sq.ft. and includes:

* Grand Entrance Foyer
* Formal Living Area
* Dining Lounge
* Open Kitchen + Wet Kitchen
* Home Theatre
* Party Lounge & Pantry
* Home Office
* 5 Luxury Bedroom Suites
* Walk-in Closets
* Multiple Decks, Terraces & Sit-Out Areas
* Staff & Utility Areas

Design Style Required

Scope of Work

The selected designer should provide:

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience designing luxury villas, penthouses, mansions, or branded residences.
* Strong portfolio of completed high-end residential projects.
* Experience in Middle East, UAE, Europe, Singapore, or luxury hospitality projects is preferred.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Corona, V-Ray, Enscape, or equivalent software.
