Second Life Mesh Needed

I am needing someone who is experienced with Second Life mesh. Second life (SL) is way behind in technology so please only apply if you either play second life or have done a lot of SL mesh. I will be a regular customer if the prices are not high.
I am needing an arena. I had it commissioned for SL but it is not usable (prim count is very high from too many polys.) See picture attached. I need it just like this with the glowing lights.
