3D Sculpting project

Hello! I need three 3D files created so I can CNC machine 3 patterns to have custom cast stone architectural panels molded for a round tower. Attached are .stp files of the pieces, as well as .pdf files that show more of what I'm looking for. For part 1002707, I need dragon scales added to the two surfaces to look like the attached picture "Scales". It is imperative that the scale pattern looks like the attached picture "joint" so the scales flow uniformly from one piece to the next as they circle the tower. Part 1002707 Dragon Head starts with part 1002707, and then I need to add a 3D sculpted dragon head. I used Turbo Squid model 1610639 for reference. I also like Turbo Squid models 1610577, and CG Trader models 234558 and 2644766. The Chinese Dragon head needs to be modeled so a mold can be pulled off of it, so it basically needs to be a flattened version of the reference 3D models. The last part is 1002708, which is a shorter version of 1002707, and I need Chinese Dragon scales added to the two surfaces. These two surfaces should be identical to 1002707, so you could save yourself some work by adding the scales to 1002707 and copying them to 1002708, or spin off 1002707 with the dragon scales, cut off the top, and add the molding so it looks like the model provided. When these are all completed, I need each piece in a .stp format so I can load them into my CAM manufacturing software. Thanks, Paul
