Scan to bim

I'm looking to have a 3D laser scan done of a small property and then quickly converted to a BIM. This project is intended to generate high precision measurements and visuals of the property, while also providing insights into structural integrity and potential renovation possibilities. A basic survey of the area should be conducted prior to the scan and then the conversion to BIM should be done efficiently. The overall scope and complexity of the project do not require a full-scale commercial 3D laser scan or BIM conversion, but rather a very precise and convenient solution for the smaller property.
