3D Scan Reverse Engineering & Product Design

Two things! First, I am looking for someone to take this 3D scan of my front bumper and reverse engineer it into a cad model I can work with. Second I would like someone to design a new lower grill for it that I can 3d print and it will fit just like the old one did. I have a few pictures of the old grill but I do not have a scan of the grill itself I only have scans of the bumper. The new grill I want to have the Audi Logo instead of the diamond pattern, I made a photoshop mockup to give a better idea.
