Scale drawings for building permits

I am looking for an experienced developer to help create scale drawings for a residential building. I have existing blueprints and measurements that the developer can utilize. I am only looking for 2D drawings and no 3D renderings are necessary. The developer should be able to provide accurate and detailed drawings for the project in a timely manner. The drawings should be suitable for submitting for building permits.
