Santiago Cross 3D Stencil Creation

I'm looking for a designer who can create an 8cm long, matte finish, plastic, intermediate level detail 3D stencil of the Santiago Cross. The design needs to balance between being not overly simple, but also not overly complex.

Ideal skills for this project include:
- 3D modeling expertise
- Understanding of plastic properties for 3D printing
- Ability to create 'intermediate' level detail designs
- Experience with matte finish designs
- Prior experience with creating stencils or similar objects
