I need a complete engineering design for a marine growth prevention system that will operate in a saltwater environment. The goal is to protect seawater inlets, box coolers, seachests, and internal piping from bio-fouling, minimising maintenance downtime and preserving efficiency over the vessel’s service life.

The scope covers concept selection, detailed sizing calculations, material specification, and integration notes so the system can be installed during an upcoming dry-docking. You may propose electrolysis (MGPS anodes), ultrasonic modules, or a hybrid approach—as long as it meets Class approval for saltwater use and aligns with common standards such as IMO Biofouling Guidelines.

Deliverables
• System description and technical rationale

• 2D/3D CAD drawings (native file + PDF) showing arrangement, penetrations, and mounting details
• Electrical one-line and control schematic, including load data
