3D STP File Component Alterations

I'm looking for a skilled professional to make minor modifications to a 3D STP file. The task involves adding and removing specific components as per my descriptions. There 2 places where a name has been marked. We need to remove that name. We don't have to hide it, we need to completely remove the name.
