3D STL of my wife as a superhero

Hello. I am simply a husband who wants to give his wife something spectacular. A year and a half ago I paid to have a sculpture made of my wife as the Superhero Xmen storm. It had Storm's body and my wife's face. A year and a half later, the project was never completed. I own 3D printers so I feel that I can just print out a 3D model myself. I am looking for someone who can create a printable 3D model for me of my wife as a Superhero. The face has to look exactly like her. Thank you.
