STL model cleanup

I am looking for a freelancer to help me with STL model cleanup. The subject is a female person sitting down. I need the mesh to be smoothed in some areas and detail added in others, for printing on a resin 3D printer; the hair for example got messed up during the scan and needs to be rebuilt as well as the feet that didn´t "close" properly in the model. The face need some detailing work based on the photos. The magazine she is holding can be completely removed because it will be replaced with a paper one. The base where she is sitting on can be removed since the printed model will be seated on a flat support.
I will supply you with the scanned model in .obj, .fbx and .stl, and the original pictures of the whole model for reference. Attached is a low-poly version of the model for analysis.
