STL file designed for a 3D print

I'm looking for someone to design me a STL file for a 3D print that will be used as a prototype printed in plastic through SLA print. The size of the 3D print is approximately 13cm x 7cm x 2cm in plastic. It is a shallow relief of a plaque based on the image I sent. I would like 2 files in STL - one positive of the object and one negative of the object. If you have the expertise to craft a detail-oriented STL file that fits these requirements, please submit a bid for my project!
