SCULPTURE IN MUSEUM SPACE: 3 D Model / realistic render image / technical drawing / mesh software

We are planning to exhibit an already existing sculpture, but change it a bit for this exhibition. We would need a 3D model of the sculpture in the museum space and a 3d model of the Fence Structure we would like to add on to the sculpture, for the fence structure we would also need a technical drawing. For both we would need a realistic render image. Mesh software essential for modeling the already existing sculpture into 3D.
