Rustic Barn Transformation to Living Space

I have a barn that's structurally sound but needs a new life as a rustic living space. I am on the lookout for a talented freelancer having a knack for transforming old structures into fascinating living areas.
• Task: Your assignment will be to design the conversion of the barn/shed into a rustic living space comprising of a living room with open fireplace and kitchen, 2 bedrooms of which one has a bathroom en suite like an open space in the bedroom itself and the other bedroom should be functional with a seperate bathroom with shower, sink and toilet as shared bathroom.
The barn is one complete open space of 7x15 meter and I wish to have the living and master bedroom completely open to the roof. The highest point of the roof is about 4,5 meter.
• Skills: Ideal skills for this job include strong expertise in architectural design, refurbishment, and a solid portfolio of rustic style transformations. Creativity and innovative thinking will be much valued.
• Experience: Proven experience in transforming old/unused spaces into habitable areas is required. Familiarity with barn conversions will be a plus point.
