Ruby Ring CAD Models Needed
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I will supply a clear set of reference photos for a men’s signet-style ring that holds a 10 × 12 mm emerald-cut ruby. I need two separate, print-ready CAD files: one showing the ruby already seated in the setting, and another with the stone removed so I can print a master for casting.
What you should know from the outset
• My measurements are only approximate, taken from the photos, so I’ll rely on you to translate the visual proportions accurately and let me adjust scale if the first test print shows minor variance.
• The band carries a subtle cross-hatch texture; the setting itself is smooth. Please reproduce that contrast cleanly so a resin print will capture the pattern.
Preferred deliverable formats are STL or 3MF, watertight and manifold, with surface normals oriented correctly for printing. If you work in Rhino, MatrixGold, Fusion 360 or similar, that’s perfect; just export the final meshes ready to slice.
Once I approve screenshots or a quick turntable render of both versions, you can send the final files and I’ll run a test print immediately.
