This project is to redesign an existing Revit model for a rooftop development of 6 flats above an existing building in London. The current design proposes duplex apartments which do not comply with the London Plan sizes. We would like to change this to single level apartments and to ensure that the apartments meet with space requirements. The current scheme does not include lift access, which will need to be added.
