Roblox High-Detail, Airport Model

I require 3D-Modelling of a full airport to be completed, note that it will be imported into roblox, the project includes:
- Exterior Details and Structure
- Interior For Terminals
- Tarmac Area
- Surrounding Area

Requirements and guidelines:
- Optimization for performance while maintaining quality is a top priority

- Each mesh must have a maximum of 10,000 tris
- Textures must be included and need to be of high quality
- High level of detail
- Details need to match real life references
- Prompt Updates and Fast Work
- Meshes need to be usable, separated and import without issue in roblox
- Availability for 3 Revisions for 2 weeks after project completion
- Details provided in private message

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software
- Experience with Roblox asset integration
- Strong texturing skills
