Roblox Custom SkyBox

I am looking for a custom Roblox SkyBox design with a Fantasy/Sci-fi atmosphere and a Mysterious/Dark mood. Specifically, I would like for the design to include stars as one of its elements. It is essential that the final design is creative, unique, and visually appealing. The skybox must be consistent with Roblox's regulations, standards, and guidelines. An experienced developer who has comprehensive knowledge on 3D modeling and animation is needed for this project.
