Revit detailed project

I am looking for an experienced freelancer to assist me with modeling a detailed Revit architectural and structural project. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating high-accuracy Revit models in both structure and architecture and be able to produce high-quality Revit models.

Scope of the project:
- The project will focus on recreating a 2D plan into a detailed Revit model whilst at the same time creating the full design drawings needed with proper architecture drawings (plans + 2 sections + 4 elevations).

Level of detail required:
- The level of detail required for this project is "detailed" (architectural +structural).

Type of drawings to be produced:
- The freelancer will be responsible for creating Revit models.

Skills and experience:
- Proficiency in Revit and experience in architectural design is a must.
- The ability to create and edit Revit families
- Strong attention to detail and creating highly accurate and realistic models is essential.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations is preferred.
- The ability to collaborate and communicate effectively is essential.
