Revit designer to convert AutoCAD MEP file into 3D model

I have 2D AutoCAD files of a project, .dwg extension files. But it is an MEP model. I need these dwg files to be converted into Revit 3D models. I looking for a Revit designer who has experience in converting AutoCAD files into Revit 3D models. Also need someone who is experienced especially in MEP modeling.

Revit models should have all the meta data tagged. Assembly codes, levels, structural materials etc should be properly mentioned in the BIM model.
