Revit Modelling for Small Refurb
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I'm in need of a Revit expert who can model a single storey small refurbishment based on existing CAD files I already have. The scope of the project includes:
- Modelling of existing and proposed rear elevations in 3D
- Delivering a model to illustrate the state before and after the refurbishment
This 3D model will be primarily used for planning permission, so attention to detail and adherence to provided guidelines is crucial. I will provide detailed specifications for the proposed rear elevation, so you won't need to come up with design ideas yourself. Just modelling the exterior is necessary, there is no need for interior work. The final deliverable does not need to be a high-quality render, just a clear and accurate 3D model.
Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
