Revit Modeller for Residential Property
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I’m looking for an experienced Revit modeller to create a 3D model of a residential property using Revit 2023, to LOD 300.
The property is a 2-storey house with a habitable attic space. The focus is on accurately modelling the external form of the house and key internal areas, specifically the staircases and the spaces they connect to across all levels.
Scope of Work:
Model the full external envelope of the house.
Model the following internal areas:
Ground floor staircase and surrounding area
First floor area that the stair connects to
Attic space (2nd floor plan) including stair connection
Ensure correct alignment with provided drawings and levels.
Set out vent pipe location on attic plan.
Information Provided:
DWG elevations (all sides)
DWG floor plans:
Ground floor (partial – stair and area around)
First floor (partial – stair and adjacent space)
Second floor/attic
Two DWG sections to support vertical alignment and detailing
Deliverables:
Revit 2023 (.rvt) model at LOD 300
Views set up for:
All exterior elevations
Floor plans for ground, first, and attic levels (partial internal)
Sections as per provided DWGs
Requirements:
Must be proficient in Revit 2023
Previous experience modelling residential buildings preferred
Ability to work from DWGs and interpret partial plans and sections
