Revit Modeller

Due to increasing workload we are after a Revit modeller.

We mainly specialise in electrical services:
- power and communications layouts
- Lighting layouts
- Cable tray and penetration drawings
- Inground conduit drawings
- Security device layouts

What we require:
- Attention to detail when modelling elements ensuring accuracy when placed (3D element placed correctly)

- Able to self QA work to ensure no errors

- Drawings are clear and legible (PDF meets standards and correctly captures mark ups/input instructions). No overlapping symbols, lines, text etc.

- Coordinate with other services and follow written and marked up instructions

- Experience in MEP modelling. (Electrical will be looked favourably on)

- model up to LOD400

- ACC/bim360 cloud collaboration experience

- Able to use Navisworks, familiarity in exporting models to NWC, converting to NWD formats.

- Time Management: The ability to deliver high-quality work within stipulated timelines will be critical.

- Anything that is not clear or needs input, raise clearer and in timely manner as a query.

This will be ongoing weekly work.
