Revit Mixed-Use Tower Modeling
Budget: $250 – $750 NZD
I’m ready to move from sketches to a detailed Revit model for a high-rise, mixed-use tower exceeding 20 floors. The focus is on accurately modeling both the architectural massing and the full structural system so I can progress to coordination and analysis without re-work.
Scope
• Build a clean, well-organized Revit file (latest stable release) that includes floor plans, core layouts, façade placeholders, and all typical levels.
• Develop three coordinated structural options in the same model—steel frame, concrete frame, and timber frame—so I can quickly compare weight, member sizes, and constructability.
• Set up views, sections, and schedules that clearly separate each system while sharing a common grid and level structure.
• Maintain proper families, naming conventions, and worksets so future collaboration is seamless.
Deliverables
1. Revit (.rvt) file with the full tower, >30 levels, and the multiple structural elements like hvac systems- vertical circulation, hvac , plumbing
2. PDF export of key plans, sections, and 3D views for quick review.
3. Short summary document noting key assumptions, families used, and any code references you followed.
Acceptance Criteria
• No missing or unconnected structural members; analytical model generates without errors.
• Levels, grids, and shared coordinates are locked and accurate.
• File size and detail kept reasonable for smooth navigation.
