Revit Designer Needed – Prefabricated Emergency Housing Floor Plan (Stage 1)
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
Hello! We are looking for a budget-friendly freelancer with experience in architectural design and Revit to develop a Stage 1 floor plan for a prefabricated emergency housing unit.
Project Details:
The design must be based on a prefabricated system, integrating:
1D elements: Linear components such as profiles, beams, or columns (metal structure).
2D elements: Flat panels for walls, floors, or roofs (SIP panels).
3D elements: Volumetric modules such as pre-equipped bathroom and/or kitchen pods.
The total area for Stage 1 is 24 m² (3 x 8 meters), with a flexible open space (bedroom/living/kitchen) and an independent 3D bathroom module.
Structure: Galvanized steel "C" profiles, SIP panels for envelope, and a modular foundation system.
Design must consider expandability for future modules.
Deliverables: Revit model (.rvt) and layout with dimensions (floor plan), including at least basic furniture, fixtures, and clear indication of prefabricated elements.
