3D Revit BIM Model - (2 Dwellings + MEP + Landscaping + Survey + Shadows)
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
We require a builder-ready Revit 2024 or 2025 BIM model for two residential dwellings. You will be provided with full DWG drawing sets, along with a PDF set containing all dimensions, sections, and elevations, and a separate PDF showing minor front house modifications. The model must replicate these drawings exactly.
Include full models to support builder pricing. Also set up the site survey using provided AHD levels, and configure true north, project location, and sun settings for shadow analysis.
The architectural model (indoor and exterior) should include all walls, floors, floor finishes, roofs, doors, windows, fences, and stairs—copied directly from the DWG and PDF drawings.
Landscape modelling should include topography, driveways, footpaths, patios, lawns, planting beds, and retaining walls, with auto-generated quantities for paving and planting zones. We will provide a landscape plan.
MEP includes:
* Mechanical: Ducted AC layout (units, ducts, grilles), exhaust fans
* Electrical: Powerpoints, switches, lighting, switchboard
* Plumbing: Hot/cold water lines, waste pipes
All components should be modelled to LOD 300 for quoting.
The file must be clean and well-organised with logical worksets, view templates, no unused families or links, and easy to alter.
Deliverables:
* Revit 2024 or 2025 .RVT file with full architectural, landscaping, MEP, and survey setup
* 3–4 hour live training session covering navigation, edits, and schedules
Timeline: 7-10 days preferred (flexible for the right person) - looking to start quickly
