Revit 2026 ADU Plan Set

I have a 750 sq ft Additional Dwelling Unit to document in Revit 2026. You will receive my starter Revit file plus AutoCAD drawings of the primary residence so the new structure can echo the existing architecture. Of particular note are the desired barrel-vaulted ceilings in the two main rooms and possibly over the patio. This will be accomplished with custom designed roof trusses. The goal is a complete, permit-ready plan set that satisfies Yolo County, California submittal requirements. I am a registered Civil Engineer and will be complete the foundation design and truss design. I would like to work with some on a T&M basis to help me complete this plan set.

Scope
• Build a fully parametric Revit 2026 model that captures the Tuscan character of the main home.
• Model interior layout with fixed and loose furniture, finishes, casework and built-ins.
• Add plumbing and electrical systems, ready for consultant coordination.
• Show exterior finishes, hardscape and soft-scape so materials and massing read correctly in elevations and renderings.
• Integrate an outdoor kitchen off the covered patio: built-in grill and sink, dedicated dining area, plus a possible fire pit / fireplace feature.

Deliverables
1. Revit 2026 (.rvt) file with all families, views, schedules and sheets.
2. PDF/DWG permit set including site plan, floor, foundation, roof, elevations, building sections, framing and MEP plans, schedules and code notes that meet Yolo County checklists.
3. Two interim review exports (schematic and 50 % progress) so I can confirm style and layout before you finalize.

I will handle Title 24 calculations, foundation design and truss design but placeholders for any required notes or forms should be left on the sheets.
