Change the shell where one end is taller than the other end (lengthwise)
Increase the floor width from 2.4 to 3m, length to 9m
One bedroom loft only on the higher side, above bathroom, and tall enough to stand in the room itself
Change layout of bathroom
Rotate positions of stove counter and kitchen island
Replace the floor-to-ceiling glass at the one end with wall where the kitchen will be
Add windows above kitchen counter
SketchUp file and other design files will be provided to the freelancer.
